About C4

Throughout its history C4 has maintained solid relationships with the security industry. Our primary focus being a business that assists security industry related companies. These companies range from manpower services through to product providers.

As consultants we provide invaluable third party (independent) information to both clients and security companies as to where their security requirements or services can be improved on. This can range from service failure, investigation, operational auditing (covert and overt) of security staff and acting as an independent third party consultant to trouble shoot and advise on security service related issues.

Through these processes we are able to identify and obtain vital information on weaknesses within the security industry and suggest remedial actions to improve service.

C4 has operated in high risk situations in countries such as Indonesia, Iraq and Brazil. We have sent NZ maritime security personnel to Greece and Turkey as well as armed security teams to Indonesia and Thailand for piracy interdiction operations. We also currently deliver anti-hijack training to international airline staff, and have delivered bomb evacuation training to Asian hotel chains, and security training to Pacific Island government agencies.

The C4 team is recognized internationally as leaders in their field. They were specifically selected from the Police and Military to plan and conduct the training for the Police security operation for APEC '99.

C4 instructors currently advise threat assessment levels and deliver counter-terrorist planning and training to international companies.

Our staff has completed a number of international operations for some of the  world’s most wealthy individuals as well as a number of high risk VIPs.
