Our training program enables C4 to provide a higher standard of guard than other security companies. Our security officers are more than just post-standers. They are your first line in safety and security for your staff and business. At your discretion, our security staff will not only perform duties as security officers but will be responsible for fire safety and emergency evacuation. They will also provide an initial response to medical situations at your site.
Selection
We utilize an intensive and judicious selection and screening process to evaluate and select the most qualified candidates. Our hiring procedures include personal interviews, comprehensive background investigations, and employment reference checks.
Training
All security officers must complete a rigorous training program and pass a comprehensive examination process. Our instructors interact with each officer candidate through lectures, role playing, and scenario training. All our officers have completed level 2 & 3 Certificate in Security (NZQA qualification).
The training curriculum covers a broad range of topics, including basic security, report writing, bomb recognition, public relations, CCTV monitoring, first-aid and many more.
Retention

Supervision & Management
Our talented team of experienced managers constantly monitors site operations from the field, regional offices, and corporate headquarters. Frequent contact with senior management and regular site inspections assure clients of close operational supervision needed to maintain optimum performance.
