CONFLICT MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTOR COURSE
This course is a Skills Organisation (www.skills.org.nz) certification course that enables graduates to deliver the Conflict Management training required for the National Certificate in Security Level 2 and the MOJ/PSPLA mandatory training for COAs.
Chris Lawton is one of only two instructors in NZ appropriately qualified and certified by the Skills Organisation to be able to deliver this training.
With a background in law enforcement training, NZ Police and the United Nations, he is the CEO of the largest and most successful Conflict Management training provider in the country. He has international qualifications in Conflict Management enabling him to deliver a superior course that benchmarks against international standards and ensures graduates are able to deliver the highest quality programmes to their trainees.
Chris also delivers the Conflict Management training internationally in China, the UK and Australia and across multiple industries including aviation, security and health.
CONFLICT MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTOR COURSE CONTENT:
SKILLS requires all trainers and assessors to have successfully completed an approved Conflict Management Instructor course and C4 is the leading provider of quality training in this area. The programme prepares trainers and assessors to deliver the mandatory unit standards:
27360 Conflict Management theory
27361 Conflict Management practical
A compliance certificate is awarded from this course.
To apply for a C4 Conflict Management Instructor course applicants must already have:
National Certificate in Security Level 2 or higher
Unit standards 27360 and 27361
Unit standard 4098
Suitable experience as a trainer
DURATION: The course is run over 2 days (16 hours)
